Retired. Open to part-time engagement on software projects.
Living on iPad Pro 11" with a Magic Keyboard as my main computer. It’s kinda great.
Mac Mini (the cheapest config) for iOS/iPadOS/macOS native development.
Dabbling in Claude Code + Xcode. With some trial-and-error, Claude can make some decent Swift and SwiftUI.

Back Burner#

Using iPad Pro + GitHub codespaces as a pretty satisfying dev setup. While it’s good, I’ve been focused on iOS dev, which necessitates Xcode.
Creating this voidstar.org site. Slowly.

One kid in college and one finishing high school. The nest is already feeling a bit more empty. It’s bittersweet, but we’re looking forward to our next phase of the family.

I exercise regularly, though not enough. Unlike my younger years, I’m succeeded more than failing. Though just barely. Also, age brings with it one more challenge: minor exercise injuries happen more often and heal more slowly!

Always looking for more good Sci-fi. Libby brings me gems from my local library once in a while.
